AGPS provides software for various agriculture soil and water management
applications. Our software uses a rugged field computer running Windows®
and an RTK GPS, GPS/Laser combination, and other instruments. By using a
common platform, AGPS saves customers the money and hassle of buying costly
specialty use computers; one computer can run all AGPS programs, and any other
Windows®
software. AGPS also features the ability to use GPS of many different

AGPS Software uses unique AGPS-Vertical Curve Technology™ (VCT™) to
design drainage solutions. Users set preferred parameters required in
their drainage project and VCT™ designs a drainage solution that uses a finite
number of grade breaks through the drainage path. VCT™ allows drainage paths to
retain nutrient rich soils, yet move the minimal amount of soil to provide
desired drainage. In the case of a tile plow application VCT™ allows tile to be
placed at optimum depth in variable terrain. This saves considerable time over
conventional laser systems that require a point to point drainage path or manual
grade breaks. VCT™ allows a drainage path to be designed without regard to axis
alignment as laser systems require.
